Strategy

We map out the mission and vision of the stakeholders and assess the needs and strengths – what’s missing in the project or collaboration? We alsof draft an initial collaboration plan and analyze the potential partnership. If needed, we make adjustments and improvements.

Compile

In this phase, we bring the parties together. We organize networking events or match parties to projects directly.

Maintain

In addition to strategic guidance, we provide project management support. We ensure that partners meet their commitments and deadlines and coordinate budgets to give you a clear view of incoming and outgoing funds. Last but not least we assist in maintaining your (grant and/or project) administration.
