• Compile: In this phase, we bring the parties together. We organize networking events or match parties to projects directly.
• Maintain: In addition to strategic guidance, we provide project management support. We ensure that partners meet their commitments and deadlines and coordinate budgets to give you a clear view of incoming and outgoing funds. Last but not least we assist in maintaining your (grant and/or project) administration.
