Utilising the possibilities to the fullest; that is what motivates me. I also experience enjoyment in finding out what new grants have to offer. The grant sector is ever changing which makes the job exciting. One of my responsibilities is coaching new talents. This gives me a lot of gratification! In my free time I like to work out and enjoy good food. Going on winter sport is a yearly tradition!
