My broad interdisciplinary background allows me to navigate through a wide range of work and knowledge cultures. Thanks to my ten years of experience in applying for, implementing and handling third-party funded projects, I view funding advice as long-term strategic advice for our clients. This ensures the optimal suitability of business structures beyond current projects.

Parallel to my work as a grant specialist, I coordinate the business and administration fields at the Research Institute Work – Education – Digitization at the FernUniversität Hagen and support the scientists there in the practical analysis of the effects of digital transformation on today’s world of work.
